Development and support capacity up 20%

Pulse is growing due to new client acquisitions as well as increased scope and scale for existing clients. As we continue our product development and modernisation projects, making rapid technological advancements, our staff numbers in all departments have increased.

The app development team has expanded with the suite of mobile solutions from Pulse in great demand. The Pulse work-and-study program for undergraduates, aimed at UON students, is one of the ways that Pulse is investing in talent for the future with predictive intelligence and AI on the immediate horizon. The remaining roll-out of the new UX/UI for the core system is another achievement to be expedited with the availability of additional software design personnel.

Pulse is renowned for its dedication to client and user support. The support department is also augmented by additional personnel. Knowledge is deepened across the organisation with more staff joining Pulse from mining industry backgrounds in maintenance management, production, purchasing, etc. Having real-world mining expertise inside the organisation is partly what differentiates Pulse from all other ERP providers in the world.
