Pulse moves to superb offices in excellent location

The new Pulse-branded office building at Charlestown will encompass ground-floor retail and include a café, an adjoining outdoor leisure and seating area, a childcare facility, secure parking allocations, and an integrated building management system (BMS). The office design allows for agile working spaces and is aligned with wellness principles. Flexibility accommodates teamwork and the boardroom and meeting rooms will host visitors to Pulse in comfort and privacy.

The Pulse offices at Thornton were purpose-built many years ago to suit the company’s needs as foreseen, reflecting modern workplace design principles at the time. Pulse has grown considerably since former directors retired, and the Charlestown office development went ahead just when Pulse needed a more central office location with upgraded amenities and more room to grow. When construction is completed towards the end of 2024, Pulse will occupy the highest office-dedicated floor in the building. A designer commercial fit-out will maximise the enjoyment of natural light and expansive views.
